HYDROGEL CURAFIL DRESSING

Glycerin-based dressing.

Composition: polymethacerilate glycerin, GermabenII (preservative), carbomer, gauze, transparent viscuous gel composed of purified water (> 70%). Promotes granulation tissue formation in a moist environment protecting skin against maceration. Softens and debrides dry necrosis. Rehydrates, removes and fixates the fibrin and allows better removal. Neutralizes bacterial growth.
