Super absorbent dressing. Non-adhesive, semi-occlusive foam dressing on a thick water-resistant polyurethane film.

Permeable to gas and water vapours but impermeable to bacteria: limits maceration and infection. Keeps the wound surface moist and warm: encourages wound self-debridement, granulation and epithelialisation tissue to form.
