The purpose of this policy is to inform private individuals of the measures Génia takes to protect your personal data. This policy is subject to revision in accordance with current regulations.

Génia protects the security of users’ personal data through technical, manual, and information security measures. Excluding the data processed by ‘Google Analytics’, all data collected are stored in France.

Génia collects and processes only those data that are absolutely necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which they are collected.

2. What are the purposes of data collection?

Génia ensures that data are collected and processed solely for one or more explicitly defined and legitimate purpose(s).

Data are collected for the following purposes:

• managing orders and customer communications;
• managing customer information relevant to brand-related offers and sales activities;
• strengthening and improving communication from the website by sending newsletters and special offers according to the client preferences noted on the site;

4. Who are the recipients of these data?

Génia transmits personal data only to strictly authorized and defined recipients, particularly those that have a specific relationship with GENIA (personnel, subcontractors).

5. How long are data stored?

Personal data are stored only as long as necessary to complete the process to which they pertain and in accordance with current regulations.

Génia physically protects the security of personal data.

6. What rights do individuals have?

According to French regulations on information technology and civil liberties, individuals have a right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability of data, and to specify the use of your data following your death. 7. Cookies
